Data controller

Romanian Catering, 12 Occidentului St., District 1, Bucharest (legal name and registration number — to be completed), is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact us at office@romaniancatering.ro or (021) 310 89 59 for any question regarding personal data.

What we collect and why

Through the "Request a quote" form we collect your name, phone, email, company (optional) and event details (type, number of guests, date, venue, budget, preferences). We use them solely to answer your request, prepare a proposal and organise the event — the legal basis being pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep data

Quote-request data is kept for at most 24 months after the last interaction or, if a contract is concluded, for its duration and the statutory archiving periods (tax and accounting).

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible only to our sales and events team and, where applicable, to our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., with appropriate transfer safeguards) and email provider. We do not transfer data outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies without your consent. Full details, including how to change your preferences at any time, are in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent (where processing relies on it) and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro). Write to office@romaniancatering.ro — we reply within 30 days.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
