Who we are
romaniancatering.ro is operated by Romanian Catering, 12 Occidentului St., District 1, Bucharest (legal name and registration number — to be completed). The Ballroom Occidentului 12 event hall is part of the same catering house.
Website content
Information, menus and images are for information purposes and may be updated without prior notice. Menus shown are examples; final composition, prices and conditions are set exclusively through the written offer and the contract concluded with you.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a booking or a contract. A date is reserved only upon written confirmation, after acceptance of the offer and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit.
Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, trademarks and materials on this website belong to Romanian Catering or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Liability
We make every effort to keep information accurate and the website available, but do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Links to third-party websites (e.g. occidentului12.ro, Facebook) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Disputes
For any complaint, write to office@romaniancatering.ro. Consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), use the national ADR platform (SAL) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These terms are governed by Romanian law.
